Sponsor Agreement

Effective Date: 7/10/2025

This Sponsor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Team Up Banners ("we", "our", "us") and the undersigned sponsor (“Sponsor”, "you") who agrees to participate in a banner sponsorship to support a team or organization through our fundraising program.

By submitting your payment and sponsor information, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose of Sponsorship

You are sponsoring a custom team banner in exchange for having your name, business name, and/or logo ("Sponsor Content") featured on the banner. The banner will be displayed publicly (e.g., in a school gym, field, or other designated area) to support and recognize the fundraising team.

2. Sponsor Content Submission

You agree to provide accurate, high-resolution content (such as your name, business logo, or message) for inclusion on the banner.
By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You own or have permission to use any logos, images, or names submitted.

  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or include offensive or inappropriate material.

Team Up Banners reserves the right to reject any content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for the intended audience.

3. Banner Display

While Team Up Banners facilitates the creation and printing of banners, the final display location and duration are managed by the team or organization benefiting from the fundraiser.
We cannot guarantee specific placement, duration, or visibility.

4. Payment Terms

Sponsorship is confirmed once payment is received in full. All payments are final.
Due to the custom nature of the banners, refunds or cancellations are not permitted after the design process begins.

5. Use of Sponsor Information

You grant Team Up Banners a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your provided Sponsor Content for:

  • Display on the physical banner.

  • Display on digital versions of the banner or promotional materials (if applicable).

  • Marketing materials related to the fundraiser (online or print).

We will not share your contact or payment information with third parties outside of payment processing and banner creation purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Team Up Banners is not responsible for:

  • Spelling or logo errors submitted by the Sponsor.

  • Damage, loss, or display decisions made by the team, school, or third parties.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages related to your sponsorship.

7. Agreement Term

This Agreement is valid for the duration of the specific fundraising campaign for which the banner is created. It does not imply or create any ongoing partnership or obligation beyond the current campaign.

Acknowledgment

By submitting your payment and sponsor content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Sponsor Agreement.
