Hi Parents and Guardians,

Our fundraiser is officially live! You can view our team page using the link above. We’re raising support through sponsorships. Businesses or individuals can have their logo, name, or a short message featured on our team banner, displayed for all fans to see.

Parent support makes a big impact! If you’re able, please consider a sponsorship. We’d also love a few parents to join our fundraising team to help make things easier for our coach.

 
 

How It Works

Each athlete is working to bring in a few personal sponsors.

  • Sponsors can be friends, family members, or local businesses.

  • They’ll have their name or logo printed on our 8x4 ft team banner, proudly displayed at games.

  • Sponsors choose their support level:

    • $300 or more gets your large company logo on our banner with prominent placement (if you’re sponsoring on behalf of yourself and not a business we can add your name in large text)

    • $200 or more gets your medium company logo on our banner (if you’re sponsoring on behalf of yourself and not a business we can add your name in large text)

    • $100 or more gets your name in plain text on our banner (or slightly smaller message - up to 10 words - ex. “Go Steven, we’re proud of you!”)

    • Want to donate a different amount? All donors are recognized in our sponsor feed on the team page!

Our Team Goal

We’re aiming to raise $6,000 before January 31, 2025.

How Parents Can Help

  1. Help your athlete reach out to potential sponsors — family, friends, or small businesses.

  2. Share the Team’s Fundraising link on social media, in text messages, and with coworkers.

  3. Printing & Distributing the Flyer Below (in the Resources section) - Post around town or share it with family, friends & businesses.

  4. Stay positive and engaged — momentum is contagious!

Join our Fundraising Team

Coaches are busy and we want them to be able to focus as much as possible on the season. Fundraisers run best when parents step in to help. Even a little time or encouragement goes a long way with taking pressure off coaches and giving our athletes the support they deserve. We’re looking for 2–3 volunteers to help with:

  • Keeping the team motivated

  • Supporting the team & coach with simple tasks

  • Reaching out to local businesses or contacts
