The boys basketball team just launched their fundraiser. You can check it out using the link above.
Each year, our goal is to raise funds that directly support our program — things like new equipment, uniforms, tournament fees, travel expenses, and team events. This fundraiser is one of the easiest and most effective ways to help the team reach its goals while giving local businesses and families a way to show support.
How It Works
Each athlete is working to bring in a few personal sponsors.
Sponsors can be friends, family members, or local businesses.
They’ll have their name or logo printed on our 8x4 ft team banner, proudly displayed at games and events.
Sponsors choose their support level:
$300+ – large logo with premium placement
$200+ – medium color logo
$100+ – name or short message (e.g., “Go Riley! - love Mom & Dad”)

Every sponsorship helps us reach our fundraising goal and gets us closer to a stronger season.
Our Team Goal
We’re aiming to raise $6,000 before December 13.
If each athlete gets just 2–3 personal sponsors and shares 10–20 contacts using Sponsor Assist (located in the footer below), we’ll reach our goal easily!
How Parents Can Help
Encourage & help your athlete reach out to potential sponsors — family, friends, or small businesses, as well as gather potential sponsors emails for Sponsor Assist.
Share your athlete’s fundraising link on social media, in text messages, and with coworkers.
Stay positive and engaged — momentum is contagious!
How Sponsor Assist Works
There are three great ways to reach sponsors — personal outreach, Sponsor Assist, and sharing your team page on social media, by text, or by email.
Personal outreach is always best, so we encourage each athlete to aim for 2–3 sponsors to help build confidence and teamwork.
Sponsor Assist makes the rest easy.
At the bottom of your team page, you’ll see a “Sponsor Assist” button. This opens a simple form where team members can list potential sponsors — just a name and email. We’ll then send friendly messages throughout the fundraiser with updates and sponsorship opportunities. Contacts only receive these if they opt in, and they can unsubscribe anytime.
It’s surprisingly effective: if 15 athletes each submit 15 contacts, and only 15% sponsor an average of $150, the team would raise over $5,000 — before even counting personal asks or shared links.
