Referral Program Terms

  • Eligibility

    • Anyone can participate in the referral program.

    • Participants under 18 may refer teams, but their rewards must go directly to their program (e.g., team funds, uniforms, equipment, prizes, team meals). Rewards cannot be paid to minors directly.

  • Reward Amount

    • The referral reward is $200 per qualifying team.

    • Most programs apply this to their fundraiser, but adults may elect to have the reward paid directly to themselves.

  • Referral Credit

    • To receive credit, referrals must be submitted through our referral form before a team signs up or listed on the team’s sign-up form.

    • Credit is awarded only once per team. If multiple people refer the same team, credit goes to the first verified referral.

    • Referred teams must be new teams that have not previously run a fundraiser with Team Up Banners.

  • Qualifying Fundraisers

    • To qualify, referred fundraisers must raise at least $1,000. This ensures we can cover costs and provide rewards (nearly all fundraisers exceed this threshold).

    • Rewards are issued once the fundraiser is completed and the team’s banner has been delivered.

  • Honesty & Fair Play

    • Referrals must be genuine introductions of new teams. Signing up a team and then adding a friend’s or partner’s name just to claim the reward is not allowed.

    • Any attempt to manipulate the system—such as creating fake referrals, misrepresenting connections, or fraudulent activity—will disqualify the participant from the program.

    • Team Up Banners reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards in cases of dishonesty or abuse.

  • Program Changes

    • Team Up Banners reserves the right to modify or end the referral program at any time.
