Sponsor Assist Terms of Service 

By submitting a sponsor’s contact information into our system, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. You confirm that you have permission from each individual or organization whose contact information you enter to send them messages related to your team’s fundraiser. This includes email messages & text messages.

  2. You are the sender of the outreach. Team Up Banners provides the platform and tools to help you send messages, but the communication itself is considered to be from you or your team, not from Team Up Banners.

  3. You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations related to sending messages, including rules governing email marketing, SMS/text messaging, and general anti-spam requirements.

  4. You understand that Team Up Banners acts only as a service provider, supplying the technology to help you deliver your outreach efficiently. We do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the contact information you enter or the content of the messages you send.

  5. You agree not to upload or use any contact information that you do not have permission to use, or that was obtained through improper, unethical, or illegal means.

  6. You assume full responsibility for the accuracy of the information submitted and for any communications sent using our tools.
